DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. Here's how to submit a copyright infringement notice.

Toolsvy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.

01 Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on Toolsvy infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing the following information:

1 A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2 Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3 Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on our website (URL).
4 Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5 A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6 A statement made under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

02 Where to Send Notices

We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 5 business days.

03 Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the removed material and its prior location;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email;
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.

04 Repeat Infringers

Toolsvy reserves the right to terminate access to our services for users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, consistent with the DMCA and our Terms of Service.

05 False Claims

Warning: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
